Cancellation Policy

MOB Detail – Cancellation Policy

At MOB Detail, we value your time and ours. Our mobile detailing services are by appointment only, and last-minute cancellations impact our schedule and other clients. Please review our cancellation policy below.

  1. Appointment Changes & Cancellations

    • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
    • Cancellations or rescheduling within less than 24 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee (see below).
  1. Cancellation Fees

    • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service total.
    • No-call/no-show: 100% of the scheduled service total.
  1. Late Arrivals

    • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to a mobile service location, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply.
  1. Severe Weather

    • If weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to perform your service, MOB Detail reserves the right to reschedule without penalty.
  1. Payment of Fees

    • Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before rebooking future services.
